Technology should make complicated things simpler.
Most business software has spent a decade making people more technical. We think that is backwards.
The last few years handed businesses an enormous amount of capability and almost no way to use it. The answer became: learn more products, write better prompts, hire someone who understands the tools. That is a tax on people who already have a business to run.
